In March 2023, the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust established a Trust Intervention Board (TIB) at Holy Family Carlton to provide interim expertise and high quality governance to support school improvement. The TIB is chaired by Stuart Boothman, who is contactable via the school office.
Members of the TIB have been selected for the skills and experience they can bring to drive forward improvement. They are firmly committed to the future success of the school, and they meet monthly to discuss the school’s strategic direction and make important decisions that are in the best interests of all involved.
