There may be times when you may need to work quietly away from your usual teaching group, perhaps to do catch up work in a small group or to do an assessment or test. The EMP is the ideal place for this.

The EMP is a room designed to cater for pupils with high levels of need in relation to Autism. Here, we have specialist staff on hand to help support pupils deal with day to day life within school. There is also a ‘safe corner’ where pupils can sit quietly if they are worried, stressed or feel upset.
