To keep our school data secure you will need to have a Microsoft account or create a Microsoft account to view our school calendar. Clicking on the above link will direct you to our Office 365 sign in page. From here, if you have an existing Microsoft account, you can sign in with your email address. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, you will need to create one to access the calendar. In addition, every pupil is enrolled with a Microsoft account, which could be used to view the school calendar. Please follow the steps below;

Accepting external invites

How to accept an external invite to a SharePoint site(non-Microsoft  account)

1.  You should have received an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject [Someone's name] wants to share [name of site]. Open this email.

2.  Click the Go to link in the email to go to the Microsoft sign in page.

3.  You should see a page asking you to log in with an account. If you don’t already have a registered Microsoft account or an Organisational account for the address used for your invite, you can create one by clicking Create a Microsoft account, it's quick and easy!

4.  Fill in the Create account window using the e-mail address your invite was sent to and enter a password you will remember

5.  A security code will be then sent to your e-mail, copy and paste this into the Enter code box and click Next.

6.  You may then be prompted to set further security information

7.  Click next and you should automatically be redirected to the site that has been shared with you

How to accept an external invite to a SharePoint site (Microsoft account)

1.  You should have received an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject [Someone's name] wants to share [name of site]. Open this email

2.  Click the link in the email to go to the Microsoft sign in page.

3.  You should see a page asking you to log in with an account. If you have a Microsoft account, you can log in with it now

4.  Once you press login, it will automatically redirect you to the site that was originally shared with you

2.  Click the link in the email to go to the Microsoft sign in page.

3.  Press organisational account, it will automatically redirect you to the site that was originally shared with you.
